Dr. Becky Clark, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist (LCSW-R) and Certified Consultant (CC-Association for Applied Sport Psychology) can help you resolve your issues, increase confidence, learn effective coping strategies, improve performance, and help you thrive in any circumstances.
Dr. Clark provides
individual psychotherapy in the New York Metro area for adolescents and adults who are depressed, anxious, have relationship issues, and/or experience difficulties in adjusting to life challenges and transitions.
Dr. Clark also specializes as a therapist for individuals struggling with
hearing loss who need counseling to adjust and/or seek ways to optimize communication. She is fluent in English and American Sign Language (ASL).
As a Certified Consultant, Dr. Clark works with adolescents and adults, individuals and teams, who need help with performance, goal setting and motivation to succeed in sports and life. She provides mental skills training to help clients achieve optimal performance and thrive in their sport, job, and life. Her clients live across the United States and she works in office, on-site, by phone, and by Skype. She also specializes in
deaf and disability sport.
Dr. Becky Clark has been working with individuals, athletes and teams for over twenty years. She offers psychotherapy, mental skills training, consulting in sport performance, hearing loss and disabilities with a positive, empathic, and results oriented approach.
